Lions Pancake & Sausage Brunch

Location: Orchid Inn

8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

All the pancakes you can eat (with applesauce and sugar-free syrup available).
Tickets available at Sleepy Eye Herald-Dispatch, Orchid Inn or from any Lions member.  Advance tickets: Adults $6, Children 6-12 $3, Children under 6 FREE.    Tickets at the door: Adults $6.50, Children 6-12 $3.50.
Proceeds go to Lions Community Projects.

Seams to Fit & Tuxes 2 Prom Tuxedo Event

Location: Sleepy Eye Community Center

4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Come to get measured and order your tuxedo for prom. $20 non refundable deposit is required. Bring your Employee Discount Days coupon or Prom Coupon for $10 off. You can make appointments for different days and times by calling 507-430-2545. Seams to Fit  can also do alterations on prom dresses - call for an appointment too!

Studio 34 Fitness' 3rd Annual McFun 5K Run
Location: Studio 34 Fitness
5:45 p.m. Sharp!

All runners who finish the course will receive a medal. A plague will be given to the fastest male & female runner. A plague will also be given to the best looking leprechaun, so wear green!

Location: Faith United Methodist Church

5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Adults $8.00 in advance, $8.50 at the door     Children (6-12) $4.50 in advance, $5.00 at the door

Menu includes roast pork, scalloped potatoes, corn, apple sauce, bun & pickle, assorted pies and desserts, beverage. Take-outs available adults only.

Location: St. Mary's High School Auditorium

Friday & Saturday: 7:30 p.m.        Sunday: 2:00 p.m.

Reserved seating is available March 8-24 - please call 507-828-1562 to make your reservations. 
Reserved tickets are $8.50 adults, $5.50 students 13-18, and $4.50 preschool-12.
Tickets must be picked up at St. Mary's High School prior to performance.
Tickets at the door are $8.00 adults, $5 students 13-18, and $4.00 preschool-12.

Have a bag of food waiting at your front door steps for pick up. Let's help the food shelf collect 4000 lbs. this month!

Brown County Historical Society Women's History Luncheon

Location: St. Paul's Lutheran Social Hall

12:00 p.m. 

Tickets are $10 per person, available at the Brown County Historical Museum until March 23. The guest speaker will be Marcia Derkowski, who will be sharing pictures and her experiences from her days of being a nurse during the Vietnam War. They willa lso be honoring women from Brown County who served during the Vietnam and Persian Gulf Wars.

Minnesota's Severe Weather Awareness Week 

The Severe Weather Awareness Week campaign helps teach Minnesotans about weather hazards and provides resources to minimize the risks associated with severe weather, including thunderstorms, hail, straight-line winds, lightning, floods, tornadoes and heat. Everyone is encouraged to make a plan, build an emergency kit and practice drills.
